OUR MISSION: Is to provide the ways and means for every American to achieve an equitable human equality and increase their dignity of ownership.

Human Dignity, as a new kind of Resident Ownership Mechanism, opens a door of opportunity for property and business owners to grow and prosper by sharing ownership with their consumer customers. A public and private sector partnership, organized to better serve local needs by creating resident and worker ownership; joining together to renew and repopulate both residential and commercially dormant urban areas.

Seattle has talked about redevelopment for over 20 years, But local government cannot solve all of the problems brought on by America’s rush to suburbia; leaving behind the urban areas and its under-educated and technically challenged residents, to decay and lie dormant, waiting for someone else to fix the problem.  

Now, through HD’s worker and resident cooperative ownership, we can make it happen by simply getting involved, turning talk into action, sharing the costs, and sharing the profits as well.

Together we can: Restore yesterday’s grandeur. Replace the unsavable. Remove the unwantable. Return safety to the streets. Reward ourselves for a job well done... a vibrant and productive Seattle we can all be proud of.
